Home Assessments and Modification
Our therapists frequently perform assessments at client's homes following illness or injury. The aim of the assessment is to increase the safety and independence of the client within their home environment, reducing their dependance on family / friends and community services. We coordinate with service providers such as OzCare, BlueCare and RSL Care. Many of our clients are DVA Gold and White Card holders. We follow up on our recommendations with the local suppliers of equipment, eg Phoenix Healthcare, to insure the most appropriate changes are made in a timely manner.
