About us – Cairns OT
We have been successfully adapting to the ever-changing health, disability and aged care sectors for the past 25+ years. We are part of the community of Cairns and Far North Queensland. We have the professional resilience and grit to continue to provide compassionate, person centred and evidence based OT services. Our team members are often with us long term, which we love and this helps us support our newer staff.
We know that workplaces need to focus not only on the rewards such as your take home pay and KPIs. Whilst your salary will be a good one, there are other benefits to being in our team that we believe are really important to being happy at work.
Our therapists have the right amount of support and coaching, when you need it, and the right about of challenge so you can grow and feel the energy that comes from working to your true potential in a caseload you feel confident in. We have a variety of caseload areas to develop in.
